Although its basic performance and deep groove ball bearings should be similar, but because this kind of bearing is mostly used in rough machinery, installation positioning is not accurate enough, the axis of the shaft and the seat hole is neutral, or the shaft is long and deflection is large, and the accuracy of the bearing itself is not high enough, some structure is also rough, Therefore, the actual performance of the same specifications of deep groove ball bearings to play a considerable discount. For example, the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire is applied to the through shaft with large stiffness difference and deflection. The two sides of the bearing are sealed rings, which can strictly prevent the invasion of dirt. It has been filled when leaving the factory.
Appropriate amount of lubricant, no need to clean before installation, no need to add lubricant, bearing inner ring on the protruding end of the screw fastening on the shaft. The allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.

Category of Insert bearing
Insert bearing can be divided into three categories according to the cooperation method with the shaft:
1.Top wire outer spherical ball bearing: its code is: UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformation product UB(SB)200 series, if the use of environment fit is small, usually choose UC200 series, on the contrary, choose UC300 series. Usually, there are two top silk on the outer spherical ball bearing, and the included Angle is 120°. Its characteristic is that when cooperating with the shaft, the top silk is used to push on the shaft and then play a fixed effect. However, the environmental demand of its cooperation requires a small oscillation scale. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing is widely used in textile machinery, ceramic machinery and other production occupations.
2.Taper spherical ball bearing: its code is: UK200 series, UK300 series. This kind of outer spherical ball bearing has an inner taper hole of 1:12 shares. It is used in cooperation with the fixed sleeve. The characteristic of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is that it can accept greater load than outer spherical ball bearing with top wire. Because the inner diameter of the same type of sealing sleeve cooperated with it is smaller than that of the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire [1], for example, the inner diameter of the outer spherical ball bearing with top wire UC209 is 45mm, and the diameter of the shaft used in cooperation with it is 45mm. If it is replaced with the outer spherical ball bearing with taper, the sealing sleeve with an inner diameter of 45mm can only be selected. And 45mm tight sleeve cooperation with taper outer spherical ball bearings only have UK210 (of course if the fit is higher can select UK310). Therefore, the fit accepted by UK210 is much larger than that of UC209.
3.Partial sleeve outer spherical ball bearing: its code is :UEL200 series, UEL300 series, SA200 series. The main characteristic of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is that the upper end of the bearing has a certain degree of bias, and the bias sleeve has the same degree of bias. This kind of bearing can also be said to be special bearings, because it is mainly used in agricultural machinery (harvester, straw returning machine, thresher, etc.), this kind of outer spherical ball bearing is mainly used in the layout of a stronger beating, partial layout cooperation can be useful to reduce the strong beating.
